I uncovered another interesting tidbit for you! I'm sitting at this machine this time of night because I'm waiting for a cake to finish baking for a family reunion in the morning.
That John F. Camden mentioned in the census records was a prominent attorney in AMherst and Nelson counties, had a large famliy, including Martha (who "married a Hundley and moved to Williamsburg") so that's where you need to look for Martha and her family"
You probably know this already but John F. was the son of John Camden and Oney Wright. Apparently there was an imposing "ancestral" hom overlooking the extensive land holdings. This property remained in the family for several generations but was finally sold to Joseph Perkins. There is a family graveyard on the property where many of the family are buried but most graves are unmarked. John F. Camden was married to Sally Shields. Five of the six sons served with the Confederacy so you could probably find the war records also if you don't have them already.
You've made this night more interesting!
Cheers - Alice L.
