I am trying to find information on my ancestors in Rockbridge and Nelson Counties, Virginia, and Person County, NC.
My father and mother were Bennett Gilbert Cash, Jr. Buena Vista, Virginia and Anne Mildred Hayslett, Natural Bridge, Virginia.
My grandfather and grandmother were Bennett Gilbert Cash and Ethel Blanch Howell, Buena Vista, Virginia.
My great grandfather and great grandmother were Joseph Michael Cash and Susan Bennett Carr, Montebello, Nelson County, Virginia.
My great great grandfather and great-great grandmother were George R. Cash (1828-1914) OR Robert Cash and Martha Campbell (1827-1908), Montebello, Nelson County, Virginia. They were married on Sep 28, 1849.
My great great great grandfather and great great great grandmother were Benjamin Cash and Sarah "sallie" Cameron (1807-1885), Benjamin Cash is listed in the will of of John Cash, Sr. of PERSON COUNTY, NC dated Feb 12, 1810, as one of six sons, to wit:

Moses Cash
Aaron Cash
John Cash
Benjamin Cash
Daniel Cash
Michael Cash

The son here named Benjamin could be the same Benjamin Cash of my family that married Sarah "Sallie" Cameron (1807-1885).
If he did move from North Carolina to Nelson County, Virginia and settle, then what are his vital records: birth, marriage, and death?
They lived and died in Montebello, Nelson County, Virginia on a mountain my family refers to as Panther Mountain. It is near Mile Post Marker 34 on the Skyline Drive. I am looking for information on burial sites, gravestones, marriage, birth, and death records that will help me go back further in my Cash, Campbell, Carr and Cameron lineage.
