Appalachian Summit has recently added 4 more chapters (28-31) to their
web site. For those of you who do not know this is a site that has
hundreds of pages of original (transcribed) documents pertaining to the
Cherokee. These last four chapters deal with the correspondence, journals
etc of the year just before the Removal. If you're studying Cherokee
genealogy/history this is a must. They can be accessed via
