The Virginian (Lynchburg, Virginia) February 18, 1830

Notice - By virtue of a deed of trust, executed to the subscriber by THOMAS
WILLS, bearing date the 22nd day of March, 1825; and of record in the
clerk's office of the county court of Amherst, and for certain purposes
therein expressed, I shall, on the 20th of March next, at Pedlar Mills,
proceed to sell, to the highest bidder, for ready money, all the right,
title and interest of said WILLS, in and to a certain Saw and Grist MIll, on
the lands of JAMES DAVIS, in the county of Amherst. Acting as trustee, the
subscriber will only convey such title as is vested in him by aforesaid
