Subject: Re: [VACHARLO] WILLIAM ELAM

I looked up William Elam in Charlotte County Rich Indeed. I purchased my
copy just 2 months ago so you may want to get input from someone that has an
original copy. I have used the original and I can not say that I have noticed
a difference other than the added maps. The only William Elam that I found
was William D. Elam who became a Justice in 1860 with a note that he moved in
1864....does not say where he moved. There were no Elams listed in the list
of County Supervisors at pulication, nor in the foreward or introduction to
the book. There are references to the following Elams in the book: J. W.
Elam, John Elam, Robert S. Elam, Sam Elam, Samuel S. Elam, Samuel V. Elam,
Soloman H. Elam, and Thomas Elam.
