Hi, All --

Beth has so impressed me with her generosity that I've decided to follow
her example. For a limited time, I'll be glad to look up ancestors in
any of the following publications:

Goochland County Wills & Deeds 1728-1736
Goochland County Wills & Deeds 1736-1742
Goochland County Wills 1742-1749
Powhatan County Wills 1777-1795
Powhatan Marriages 1777-1830

The wills are not complete, but are summaries, so don't expect too
much! And some wills exist that aren't in the books. These pubs are
very small, running from 50 to 100 small pages each (except for the
marriages).

I may not be able to respond immediately to all queries, but will get
back to you within a few days.

There is no Powhatan maillist and very little activity on the Goochland
one, so I've decided to make this offer here only. Many of my
Chesterfield ancestors moved back and forth between the three counties,
and I assume that's true for some of yours.

Since some questions may not be of interest to Chesterfieldians, you
might want to bypass VACHESTE on these. Up to you.
