Hello all,
Here a few items from "The Times-Dispatch," Richmond, Va., Sunday,
February 28, 1904 issue.

In Honor of Her Brother
Miss Frayser entertained February 22d in honor of her brother, Mr. Frank
Frayser, of Washington. Those preset were: Mr. W. D. Duke and Miss Duke, Mr.
Hester Wiilkinson and Miss Parkinson, Miss Katherine Elaton, Miss Emily
Henrich, Miss Annie Frayser, Florrie Overby, Virginia Talbott and Minnie
Gill.
The decorations were patriotic and in keeping with the spirit of the day.
The prizes were won by Miss Cora Duke and Mr. Hester Wilkinson. Miss Talbott
sang very delightfully, much to the enjoyment of those present.

Boyd-Winston.
Mr. and Mrs. N. W. Winston announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss
Lilly Belle, to Mr. Edwain S. Boyd, a well known and popular young man of
Louisa, Va.
The wedding will take place in the home of the bride's parents, Mount Airy,
Va., at 3:30 o'clock on the afternoon of March 16th.
Miss Winston is a charming and attractive young lady and beloved by all who
know her.

Engagement Announced.
Mr. and Mrs. Carlton McCarthy announce the engagement of their daughter,
Miss Ida Gray, to Mr. Ellis Crenshaw**, of this city.
The wedding will be celebrated at ther home, No. 1302 Park Avenue, at 6:30
P. M., Wednesday, March 16th.

**(I have a photo of an Ellis Crenshaw taken in D. C. among my old photos
collection, wonder if he is the same man!)

Casey-Mills.
Miss Lula Mills, of Goochland county and Mr. William H. Casey, of Henrico
were married in the home of Mrs. Mary E. Roberts, No. 1?6 West Cary Street
at 9 o'clock on the forenoon of Wednesday last, the Rev. J. T. Tucker, of
East End Baptist Church, officiating.
A large number of friends and relatives assembled to witness the ceremony
and offer congratualtions. The bride was gowned in a traveling costume of
brown cloth and carried carnations.
Miss M. Fanny Mills was maid of honor and Mr. Samuel T. Smith attended the
groom as best man. Mr. and Mrs. Casey left after their marriage for an
extended trip.
