This Ellen Smith was my G-G- Grandmother, she married Andrew Jackson Wray in
Covington Ind. Her mother's name was listed in "The Biographical Sketches of
Vermilion Co., ILL., as being Jane Finkland. However, I believe it may have
been "Ficklin" . I have yet to find any Finkland's in Culpeper Co., but have
found Ficklins in both Virginia and Scott Co., KY where they lived before
moving to Covington Indiana.

Asa Smith married 2nd Sarah Merryman in Covington, Ind. Asa, Jane & Sarah are
all buried in a run down, unkempt cemetary in the heart of Covington, Ind.
Asa and (Hannah) Jane also had a son named Berryman.
