Hi,
You might want to check "Genealogical and Historical Notes on Culpeper
County, VA." by R. T. Green--Many references to a "Clarke." I am looking
for Anna Clark, (sister of George Rogers Clark) said to be the wife of
Col. John Field, but this can not be true as it is the wrong generation,
and his sister married someone else.
