Is anyone researching the following area in Culpeper Co? (hope I can
describe it clearly)...

Taking Hwy 522, northwest from the town of Culpeper, halfway between
Culpeper and Woodville....you find that Hwy 522 runs across Devil's Run
and the Hazel River. A "Shaw's Mountain" existed in this area possibly
as long as bet. 1720-1800. Has anyone run across this? Or can share
anything about the specific area?

Chapels of Ease were also built in this same area (and others), can
anyone direct me to information about them? Appreciate any suggestions
or help on learning more about this area.
