Hi,
Can anyone tell me the best way to get a copy of a marriage bond from the
Culpeper Co.Courthouse besides "The Library of Virginia"? I have written to
the clerk office and they referred me to the Archives in Richmond. When I
requested a copy of the marriage record I wanted, I got a copy of the
Register instead.

Is there anyone who can go to the courthouse and make copies of a marriage
bond? I would be willing to pay for the copy and service if the price is
not too high.
