To Those who tried the first address.

Reference to the address for the SC Colonists: My mail program changed the
address I put in: to what it though was the correct one:

The CORRECT SC COLONISTS 1716-1783, ADDRESS IS:

FTP://FTP.ROOTSWEB.COM/PUB/USGENWEB/SC/SCCOLONY.TXT

When I ran the spell check, it verifies address and apparently it does not
recognize FTP address and changed it to WWW.

If you have problems go to the Linages address below and go to: SC Historical
Society, then Online SC Resources, then SC Genealogies that takes you to SCI
Way, Then Resources by Types, now Early SC Colonists.
=========================================================================

Beginning around 1766, many families from the Culpeper and surrounding area
migrated to the Newberry, SC area. As this is a new area of my family searches,
some web sites are new to me and I thought others might find these interesting:

www.lineages.com/usa/SC/NewberryCounty.html

A lesson learned, sometimes the computer has a mind of it's own...
My appologies.....
