Reel 19 Fredericksburg, VA Wills also has the record of said Wm. Richards, John Strode, James Richards & Basil Moss? bound to the judges of District Court, for said Wm. Richard must post a $20,000 bond to settle the estate of Simon Miller, dated 24 May 1824.

So you might be able get the estate settlement papers for said Simon Miller.
