John Newton Hoffman, b. 28 Jul 1850, Madison Co VA; d. 1 Aug 1922, Ft Worth TX; m. 5 Jan 1879, Waco, TX:
+Sara (Sally) Calvert, b. 23 Sep 1863, Polk Co TX; d. 10 Oct 1945, Ft Worth TX
children: Waldo Travis, Myrtle Eleanor, Mabel Ethel, Homer Ragsdale

John was also somehow related to a Eudora K. Hoffman and a Bowman Hoffman, possibly around Culpeper - I've got two photographs, one of each of them, each inscribed on the back "to Uncle J. Newton"

Any help would be appreciated!!
