I have a SARAH JENKINS, born about 1724, died 1/1/1793, Overwarton Parish,
Stafford Co., VA. She married WILLIAM CORBIN, born 1720 King George Co., VA
- died 12/3/1796, Overwarton Parish, Stafford Co., VA. They were married
before January 1, 1742/43, Overwarton Parish, Stafford Co., VA. (source:

They had a daughter, ANN (6/22/1743, Overwarton Parish, Stafford Co., VA --
1817, Boone Co., KY). She married WILLIAM GAUNT (born between 1726 - 1746,
Stafford Co., VA - died before 1817, Boone Co., KY.

Culpeper County, VA, Will Book D, 201, Item I give and bequeath unto my
Daughter Ann Gaunt one Negro boy Daniel & likewise my will & desire is that
my said daughter Ann shall have a young negro wench to be purchased or raised
out of that part of my estate not already bequeathed during her natural life &
that her husband Wm. Gaunt shall possess said slaves during his life
provided he shall be the longest liver--but if my Daughter Ann should die
without issue, that then after her & her said husband's decease the said
Slaves & their increase to return to my Estate & be disposed of by my
Executors according to law.

Culpeper Co., Deed Book AA, 525, William Corbin, No. 13, purchased the
interest of his co-heirs in certain land which his father, No. 4, owned at
his death; and, in that deed, the grantors are described as follows:
John Corbin and Frances, his wife, of Culpeper Co., Va.
Lewis Corbin and Elizabeth, his wife, of Bourbon Co., Ky.
William Gant and Ann, his wife, of Stafford Co., Va.
Isaiah Corbin and Lydia, his wife,
Benjamin Corbin and Nancy, his wife,
John Walker and Margaret, his wife,
Andrew Gant and Catherine, his wife, and
George Corbin and Sally, his wife, all of Culpeper Co., Va.

WILLIAM CORBIN married a second wife, SARAH FANT (7/3/1725, St. Paul's
Parish, Stafford Co., VA -- 1789, Culpeper Co., VA). Their daughter,
CATHERINE (my husband's third great grandmother) married ANDREW GAUNT.

Do you have any information on the above SARAH JENKINS?
