I have a copy of Hodges' 1975 copy of Rev. Silas Bruce's 1832-1881Church
Register of marriages. The index of Hodge's work omits 108 or so (mostly 'C' and
'D' surnames that are in the Register of which I made a separate list. The
accuracy and adequacy of Bruce's work I leave to Hodge's comments in the
