Greetings! Yesterday wasn't a good day for me, but wanted to update and
help put to ease some of your questions! First of all you cannot be
infected by the Virus that was passed through my list, unless you opened the
attachment that came yesterday....The email had no body to it, just a
subject line COOL/PROGMAN/Prettypark.....with an attachment (paperclip,
etc.) but it showed that came from me. If you tried to open it, it would
do nothing! just disappeared. If you didn't click on the attachment you
don't have it....if you still have doubts, please visit the link below to do
a free scan of your computer. This is how I verified that I had it, my
Virus software did not pick it up, but I hadn't updated it in quite
awhile...If you have virus software, please make sure you update it! Also
this virus doesn't do anything harmful to your computer, just very annoying
that unbeknownst to you, you end up sending it to your entire list, without
even knowing it! The reason I caught it, was 4 addresses in my address book
were bad, and they returned to me with that Pretty park in the message, and
I knew that I didn't forward it (The computer forwarded it in an evil way! )
Also a cousin immediately responded to message and let me know I had sent
out a virus. Please visit the link below and scan your system.....to put
your mind to ease. Many didn't recieve the message at all, so not sure who
did and who didn't so if you receive this email, and didn't get the message,
just delete! Not real sure if the Rootsweb lists, got it, but just to be
