Is this a Fairfax surname list or a Fairfax County, VA list....

It is a COUNTY list but those of us who are researching THE FAIRFAX FAMILY,
which the county is named after do research the county list for our family
including not just Fairfaxes but the families who married in to our Fairfax
family.
