Laurie,

That makes us 4th cousins!!!

I am very interested in what sources you have found to document the anscestry.

My main source is "Frenzel & Manning Genealogy" compiled by my cousin Betty
Jane Martin Kyker Taylor. Unfortunately there are very few source citations.
It has much the same information as you have on Samuel Dove and Minta Beagle
etc.

The Ballinger Quaker lineage is quite interesting if we can prove the connection.

Before we can claim these Quaker Ballingers, we need to prove that our
Mary Ann Ballenger was the Mary Ballinger recorded in the Quaker records
as daughter of Quakers, William BALLINGER b. Pipe Creek MD (1758-1858)
and
Lydia Smith b. Hartford County MD ????, d. 1836. The Frenzel - Manning
book doesn't provide any proof.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Mark Montgomery
