Welcome to the Fairfaxes of WV. I have Buckner son of Col. John and Mary (Mollie) Byrne Fairfax of Preston Co. WV
I also have Buckner son of William and Elizabeth Sypolt Fairfax. I beleive you are looking for the son of Col. John Fairfax.
