In clearing out old emails, I found I had saved this from you to the
Fairfax List. I am interested in your name, Francis Payton Ashford.
My grandmother's (Pittsylvania County) name was Martha Ashford
Meadows; my mother (dec'd) mentioned an ancestor with the middle name
Payton.
Do you have any connection to a Meadows, or are there Ashfords that
you know of in Pittsylvania County.
Any help would be appreciated.
