Jim,

I do have another will of William Foley that is in Fauquier. I just do
not have it in the computer, yet. It is hard to read and hate to type,as
I am very slow,ten words a minute maybe,on a fast day.

Well, we got his will on the list anyway. John Foley Sr. sons John Jr.
and James Sr. where the fathers of most of the Foley's, in Prince
William, Fauquier, Loudoun and their father who was
John Sr. was the son of Thomas [ Folio] Foley who died in Stafford
County. John Jr. and James Sr. named their children all the same name's
and therefore, the confusion with the Foley's. A John son of one of the
James called himself John Jr., because he was a younger John. That
confesses things if more.
