Correction on a detail : Per the cemetery book the name is spelled WILEY -
not Whiley as I transcribed. Looks like this is your person.

This is a very small cemetery located 8616 Silverbrook Rd across the road
from Lorton Reformatory.  Cemetery surveyed in 1997 and rechecked twice in
1998,
lies to the nw of the church.  It is clean and well maintained. 
Several of the gravestones are small, grey granite markers, identical in
style and appearance.  Many of these are set in concrete bases.  A few other
grave
markers are homemade.  A large wooden cross stands at the sw edge of the
graveyard. 

Hope this helps as at least you know thay may have been Methodist.
