The name is spelled Belthia and here is the entry in the book.
Joseph L. Fairfax , son of Simon and Belthia Fairfax and Ann E. daughter
Of James and Ann A. Collins :June 5, 1862 in Alexandria .
This is the spelling I gave Jody.
If you still want it copied let me know and I will scan it tonight.
