I may be able to find out more about your Kerns line in a few weeks. We have been in California for the Holidays and will return Ohio tomorrow. There were and are a few Kerns family members still living in Lewis County, WV and they some are associated with a genealogical group of which I am a member. I believe that they also had roots in Frederick Co.
