According to death records, my ggg grandmother, Mary Sherwood was born in "Little Capon"...which I believe they meant "Little Cacapon". Can anyone tell me by chance, what county that little town was under in 1825? I understand it's now under Hampshire...but it appears it could have been under Frederick County at the time.
