do you happen to know the parents of the Eliza Russell who married Abraham S.???? My Russells are from Frederick County, VA 9in 1700s) and then Hawkins County TN 9in 1800s). I've heard recently they may have descended from an Adam Russell in Fife Scotland in 1600's but not verified yet.

Also i'm familiar with a ShepherdsTOWN. Could that be the place you are talking about? It's near Harpers Ferry in WV.
