I, too, am seeking the exact location of Salem Baptist Church in old Frederick County. It was established around 1810. I think it may have been in present-day Clarke County, VA, which split off from Frederick County. I have viewed the church records held by the Va. Baptist Historical Society in Richmond for this church, but they do not provide a location other than Frederick Co. The records may be on microfilm at Va. State Library in Richmond, also --I can't remember. The name Bourn doesn't ring a bell. There were Burns near Clarke County who belonged to the Baptist Church for sure. They were of Scottish descent. Please let me know if you found out anything more about this Salem Church. Thanks!
