Thanks for the info on Philips Peters. I have a referrence for him living
on the New River about 1818 on the north/east bank near Pearisburg. Does
that sound right? What about a John Peters (b.Va.ca. 1826--moved to
kentucky)? Was George Pearis related to Richard Pearis? Do we have any
information on the descendants of George Pearis in Giles county? Mercer
County?
