Looking for info on parents of Thelma Gardner, born in Narrows, Giles Co., in 1906. Her mother was Josie (Josephine), maiden name Tilley or Minter, and her father's name is undetermined. It is possible he might have been named Joseph. Thelma is in McDowell County WV by 1910 with her mother who is widowed by then.
Any help with finding Thelma's Gardner father, or any info on Minter or Tilley families who might have lived in Giles County ca. 1875 would be greatly appreciated.
