My maternal line is WALKER. Have Interest in THOMASes who returned to KY
and southwestern VA after the F&I Wars. Philip and Henry THOMAS may have
departed from Cumberland or Bedford County PA area in late 1730's or early
1740's, but we haven't found them. Maybe one sighting of Philip and some
unknown THOMASes in the Early Religious Petitions in Virginia. Family lore
tells more than we can document. Need document for parents of George
"Slater" and Catherine ?Ingle THOMAS

Interested also in INGLES about any way you want to spell it -- in
Montgomery County Virginia early on. We do not presently know of any
connection to William or Mary DRAPER INGLES of Ingles Ferry, but have
several Henry INGLES in the area and would like to know whose family they

Daniel INGLE and Mary HANCOCK INGLE born circa 1745 with descendants. Some
of this line goes through Buckingham County and it seems there are few or
no actual records to support the family lore. Any Buckingham
reconstruction or other information, however derived, is welcomed.

Basically we are in trouble with THOMASes and INGLES before 1800. Not well
documented before then.

We especially need documents for Elijah INGLE as shown below.
