Hello All,

I am new to the list, but have a very old mystery on my hands.
I am looking for the elusive parentage of Samuel ORGAN. Samuel was listed in the 1790 Halifax census as being born 175? in VA. He married Sarah Simpson ab. 1770 in Halifax Co. and they had 12
children. I am a direct line descendent of his son Raleigh, and would dearly love to be able to trace this family back to their origins. The problem is, I seem to have run into a brick wall.
If anyone has any information, ideas, or suggestions, I would be more than happy to have some contact on this.
