Found interesting article this morning in our local paper. Thought it might
be of interest to anyone who has an interest in the Civil war and/or African
American soldiers in the Civil War. I know alot of you don't live in the
metro Detroit area but if you are within driving distance this might be a
nice weekend trip.
Buffalo Soldier Exhibit
Where: Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History 315 E.
Warren Ave. Detroit
When : Saturday 14 November 1998 Thru 3 Jan 1999
Hours: 9:30 am - 5 pm. Tuesday thru Sunday
Admission: $5 adults, $3 children and kids under 5 are free
