I have photocopied land information from "Cavaliers and Pioneers Abstracts
of Virginia Land Patents and Grants Volume One:1623-1666," by Nell Marion
Nugent as they apply to my family lines. In an attempt to show a connection
between generations, it appears that a more complete land description than is
available in these abstracts would be helpful.

Where can complete transcripts of early Virginia land patents and grants be
gotten? Are the originals available to the public either by going to some
place in Virginia or on the Internet?
