Hello again,

Can someone tell me what the Immigrant Quota was in the year of 1860-1861. My
ancestor arrived Richmond, VA from Italy and they Richmond had reached their
Immigrant Quota, his wife was allowed to leave the boat and he was detained
for 3 months or more.

If no one on the list knows about this, would you direct me to some where
that I may find out?
