their Majesties Leu:t and Govern[or] Generall &c. give and grant unto William
Pride a Tract of Land Containing one thousand two hundred Seventy Eight
Acres lyeing and being in the County of Henrico and in the parish of .....
vizt: begining at a Corner black oake belonging to the Land of John Stuard
& runeth thence on his line South South west two hundred forty five poles
to a Corner blacke oake thence south west by west Eighty five poles to
a Corner pine Standing on the line of mr. Henry Randolph thence on his
line North west one hundred thirty two poles to a Corner black oake and
South west three hundred and thirteen poles to a Corner pine thence North
west one hundred seventy two poles to a Corner white oake thence west one
hundred forty four poles to a Corn[er] black oake thence North west and
by west Eighty poles to a Corner pine thence North Sixty poles to a Corner
white oake thence East two hundred & one poles to a Corner blacke oake
