Could someone tell me what Roman Catholic churches, if any, there were
in Henrico Co, Richmond City in the period 1838-42? There do not seem to
be any in the city at the moment, if the list on this website is accurate.
If there were none then, where would Catholic immigrants have married?
Was there a form of civil marriage available in VA in that period?
