Charles Cary b. abt 1850 married Sarah Wheatley in Memphis, TN in 1872.
Charles died 3 December 1899. His obit in the Memphis Commercial Appeal
names his wife and children but no siblings or other family members. The
last line of the obituary says,"Richmond, VA papers please copy." Does
there exist copies of newspapers published in Richmond in 1899 and if so
how might I access them? I have no information on Charles before his marriage
in 1872, and this is the only clue I have. Thanks.
