Seeking 'info' on maternal G/parents, Joseph NOWLAN (b-abt
1880, probably Richmond, HENRICO Co, VA; d-abt 1937/8, VA),
wife Mamie E. Griffith(b-5Aug1882, Jefferson, Kershaw Co,
SC; d-19Nov1970, Portsmouth, VA). Married (bfr 1906). Joseph
(Gr/Pa Joe) ran stone cutter's yard in Greensboro, Guilford
Co,NC abt 1900. Margaret Eugenia(b-13June1906, Greensboro;
d-14Sept1999, Portsmouth,VA). Son Joseph G. (b-1908,Rich-
mond, HENRICO Co,VA; d-19??, Norfolk City,VA); Son Wm. Leon
(b-1916, OceanView, Norfolk City area, VA; d-abt 1997, New
Port Richey, FL). Gr/Pa Joe left family in OceanView to re-
turn to Richmond area to work in WWI factory, abt.1916/17.
Industrial accident caused Joe longterm disability, hospitalization, &
early demise(abt.1937/8). Gr/Pa Joe's family (raised their family in Richmond,
HENRICO Co, VA): (Fa) Joseph Nowlan (b-ca1850/70); (Mo) Margaret(b-1850/70);
(Siblings) Kate,Albert, Ed, Jim, John, Alice. I
have many puzzle pieces missing! Asking 'HELP' from any-
one who has data, from their research, on any of these
