I was glad to hear from you. This is what I am interested in" John Owen married Mary 'Polly" Chapman 1816 Prince Edward Co, Va. I believe Mary "Polly" Chapman was a sister of my Stephen Chapman, Jr. I am trying to find out what happened to her and John. Another question is which John did she marry, as Mary was born abt. 1793/5 time frame. Most researchers seem to think the John Owen she married was born 26 Feb 1770. How are connected to the Owen family ? I have a direct Owen line as well. They were from Sussex Co, Va. Thanks for Graham's e-mail address. He may have some idea on John Owen. Please stay in touch.
