I am also related to Jeremiah Benskin
b1657 Henrico, VA d1 June 1703, Henrico, VA

I know his father waas Francis Benskin. Do you have any information on later ancestors?

Mary Benskin married John Easley. Their son John, Jr married Joyce Allen (daughter of William Allen and Hannah Watson<daughter of Robert Watson and Mary Rockwell>.
John Easley III m Ann Gowen b 1750 Greenville, SC d 1801 Greenville, SC. Their daughter Nancy Easley married Thomas Barton.
Their son Joseph married Charlotte "Letty" Grogan.
Their son Shapley married Elizabeth Montgomery.
I have descendants from both of these lines.
I am especially interested in finding out more about the wives of the above listed as information seems to be limitted.

PS. I am also researching the Allen's of SC as I was married to an Allen and have 3 Allen chidren. Do you think the Allens of the Joyce Allen line are related in any way to the Allens of SC?
