Also, today I found out that Capt. Samuel Tucker was master of the ship, "Vine Tree", and that Jane Larcombe's father's name was Rene' Larcombe and that is a brick wall. She was born in 1645 in Curles, Henrico, Virginia. The Ferguson family left VIrginia for South Carolina with all the related families of Goochland, Virginia and then toward Alabama and Mississippi and Texas. In Texas, they once owned vast holdings of lands and had slaves.
