Sarah Breckenridge Peck of Henrico County married John Michaux of Chesterfield on 14 September 1793. The couple soon moved to Cumberland County and Sarah apparently died there in the early 1850s at approximately 75-80 years of age. Though I know a good deal about her after she arrived in Cumberland, I have been completely unable to trace her family backward (she was old enough at the time of her marriage to sign for herself so no father is listed on the marriage documents). She may have been the daughter of Sim(e)on Peck of Manchester but I know of no proof of that. Can anyone help?
