I have researched this for you. I have found conflicting information like date of birth and parents names. Dates of birth found varied from 1719-1725 with parents listed as Benjamin Hobson and Elizabeth Garthwaite. The other set of parents listed were Joseph Hobson and Margaret Hatcher.
