Steve,
Nice to hear from you. On my mother's side of the famiily, my GGGG
grandmother was Sarah Siron, sister to your John Siron Jr. who married
Elizabeth Yeager. Sarah Siron married James Anderson, and they later
removed to what is now Lewis County, West Virginia.
As far as I know, none of my line ever lived in Pocohontas County, WV,
although I'm sure some of the siblings of my line must have moved there.
On my father's side, I descend from the Yeager family, as my GGGGG
grandmother was Catherine Yeager (1769-1848)who married George Arbogast.
Catherine Yeager was a daughter of Andreas Jaeger/Andrew Yeager of
Pennsylvania and later Pendleton County, (West) Virginia. Your Jacob Yeager
was a nephew of my Catherine Yeager. I'd love to exchange information with
you, and urge you to contact me if you have any more/other questions.
Thanks for your interest!
