My SEAMANS family was in Christ church Parish, Lancaster Co., VA quite early.

I know of John SEAMANS who married (1st) Kathryn DAVIS, daughter of Henry
and Rebecca DAVIS.

He was the father of Joseph SEAMANS, b. ca 1683. Joseph MAY have married
Elizabeth UNKNOWN 1st, then Charity BELL.

Joseph's children were:
Moses, b. ca 1706
John, b. ca 1708
Aaron, b. ca 1709
Micajah, b. ca 1711
Assenath, b. ca 1713
Ephraim, b. ca 1718 (North Farnham Parish, Richmond Co., VA.)
Married Mary PEW/PUGH.

I have 'bits and pieces' of information about this family and a number of
other families who were related to or lived near my family.
