Yes it was a nice poem and I read it first on the War Between the States list
where it was more appropriate. I am glad your daughter is in the armed
forces, and yes it is the season to be nice (but so is all year, frankly).
However, I must agree with the list owner to keep posts to THIS list germain
to the purpose of this list. Otherwise it will become a dumping ground for
everyone's pet peeve, political viewpoint, etc which, as much as one may agree
or disagree, is not the reason any of us signed up for this list. I belong to
a lot of lists, and the best ones are owned by people who keep strict control
on the content and message for the benefit of ALL the members. Happy Holidays
everyone, and remember never flame.
