Oh, I pray you do! Maybe you can identify the THOMAS PORTER who witnessed
the will of JOHN KILBY in Culpeper County in Dec. 1770. The other two
witnesses were THOMAS SPARKS (neighbor and in-law) and ROBERT FLOYD (also
unidentifed). I would be most grateful if you could help.
