DAVID FOX, 80 acres in Lancaster Co VA "... on the North Side of Rappahanocke River being part and upon the South east Side of A Devident of 1050 Acres of Land granted the said DAVID FOX by pettent Dated the 2d of Aprill 1650 ... on the Southeast Side of A Small Creeke ... A marked pine tree Standing on A banke and at the Mouth of A Creeke Comonly knowne by the name of ffaire wether Creeke, along the said Creeke ... into the woods ... upon Rappahanocke River ... said Land being formerly granted to the said FOX by pattent Dated the ____ of _____ And Now renewd in his Majesties name ..."
