Can I ask why you think they might have come from Lancaster? If you think they might have been in that area, you could check Middlesex and Essex also--lots of records and people interchanged between those three counties in the early 1700's. I go to the LOV (Library of Virginia) quite often and I'll keep my eyes open for that name or variations thereof.
